An exciting and intensive two week course created for make up artists looking to enter into the lucrative world of Bridal make up.
This course is suitable for beginners.
You do not need to have completed any courses prior to enrolling on the Bridal Hair and Make Up Course.
With the winning combination of hair styling and make up, this course covers the essentials and provides you with the skills to get started.
Working with traditional and contemporary bridal styling, you will learn how to give the most to your bride and provide her with a look that is perfect for her. Your confidence will be built as your knowledge increases, you learn new techniques and pick up valuable tips to ensure your work is professional, smooth and successful.
The first week starts right from the basics which are essential and will create an ideal grounding from which you may grow. Even if you have previous experience, we have found that all students benefit from these initial six days where you will work through facial geometry, brushes, kit, product knowledge, hygiene as well as basic techniques that will take you on to your next step. London Muse is a Safe Beauty School and so the importance of Safe Beauty is a key factor for all students to grasp before proceeding.
During the second week students will work through techniques specific to bridal make up, work on etiquette, bridal trends, building your bridal business and what to expect when you start out. Students will be introduced to the art of airbrushing using make up artists favourite, AIRBASE and have a chance to try it out for themselves.
Incorporated into the second week are two days of bridal hair styling. Working with traditional and contemporary bridal styling, you will learn how to give the most to your bride and provide her with a look that is perfect for her. Your confidence will be built as your knowledge increases, you learn new techniques and pick up valuable tips to ensure your work is professional, smooth and successful.
A Professional Paul Mitchell kit is included in this course.
- Monday to Saturday – 12 days intensive – 10am to 5pm.

I had such a brilliant time on the Bridal course, Nicci and Aga were brilliant tutors, honest, warm and supportive. I learnt so much and came away having made some lovely friends and feeling so inspired and excited! I couldn’t recommend MUSE enough to anyone thinking of training. I am 100% happy and know I chose the right school! In fact I have been back since and will be returning again..poor Nicci won’t be able to get rid of me now!!LOL!x

We are not insisting on students having the Foundation course as a pre requisite for the July course. Most of the students booked onto this course so far all have basic knowledge and experience but have not completed any courses with us to date. In January I attended a 4 day course in makeup and bridal makeup and have since launched my business and although I have done a few weddings and proms I don’t feel as though I am good enough, the course was very basic and really shot my confidence when the tutors was pulling faces at the models I was applying make-up too so this really upset me and made me feel awful I would really like to start a fresh and learn some good techniques along with some hair styles as I get asked for this lots, I have also completed a course in Gel Nails and this is going great, I look forward to hearing from you asap
